Accessible, versioned, defensible
PDF/UA auto-tagging turns untagged documents into screen-reader-friendly, WCAG-aligned PDFs. Every edit creates an immutable version you can preview and restore, with word-level and pixel-level diff between any two. Form-field creation — text, checkbox, radio, dropdown, signature — with tab order and reset.
Digital signatures with a paper trail
Apply qualified PAdES digital signatures — the standard US and EU agencies accept — from an isolated signing service whose private key never enters the app. Each signed document carries signer, reason, location, time, and validity, with auditor-friendly signature panels and RFC 3161 timestamps.
Barcodes and labels at production scale
A visual template designer for text, barcodes, images, shapes, and form fields, with 29+ symbologies — QR, Data Matrix, Code 128, GS1-128, GS1 DataBar, GS1 QR, GS1 Composite, PDF417, MicroPDF417, Aztec, MaxiCode, HIBC, Pharmacode, and USPS Intelligent Mail / Royal Mail / Australia Post / KIX postal codes. GS1 check digits and element strings are validated for you, and a scannability pre-flight warns when modules would print below your printer’s resolution or a quiet zone would clip — so you stop wasting labels.
Merge, serialize, and reprint exactly
Bind any field to a CSV or Excel column or an expression. Drive per-record copies from a quantity column. Serialized counters resume where the last run stopped — never silently re-emitting a printed serial. Every run is recorded; reprint yesterday’s batch — or just the one jammed label — byte-for-byte, with the original joined data frozen in place.
Print anywhere, attended or not
Native ZPL, TSPL, CPCL, and SBPL straight to thermal printers, with saved per-printer device profiles. Avery sheet imposition for desktop printers, resuming at any cell of a partially used sheet. IPP/CUPS for office printers. And an operator Print Station — published templates only, prompt-and-print, zero design access — gated by an optional maker-checker approval workflow.

Can it print directly to our label printers?
Yes — native ZPL, TSPL, CPCL, and SBPL straight to Zebra-, TSC-, and SATO-class printers over USB or the network, with saved device profiles so operators stop re-tuning the front panel. Office printers get PDF via IPP/CUPS.
Can labels run unattended?
